Author When I saw this freebie cut from SVG Cuts, I knew it had my dad’s birthday card written all over it and his birthday is in just a couple weeks. He loves to fish so this was perfect. I added the SVG Cuts fishing lure (also a freebie) to the vest also. I gave the lures more depth by adding feathers to them. I love how SVG Cuts included a gate card cut with this freebie. I used Recollections cardstock and I flocked the parts where the lures are with gray Martha Stewart flocking. Have a totally twisted day!
Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing a card my sister-in-law asked me to make for her friend who is having a baby boy. Here is what I came up with. I love making baby cards; they are sooo cute and fun to make. The cut is a freebie from Kadoodle Bug Designs. Isn’t it supper cute! I cut in on my Cricut Expression using the Sure Cuts A Lot software. I wet embossed the letters on the blocks so they were nice and shiny. The ribbon and pearl trim are from my recent Hobby Lobby haul. Love that ribbon! The stamp and die cut on the inside are from My Creative Time and the designer paper is from The Paper Studio. Have a totally twisted day!

Kayla loves horses, so I searched the internet for a super cute digi stamp and I found this one from la-la land crafts. I absolutely fell in love with it. I printed it out on my computer and colored it with my Copics. The mats were cut with my Nestabilities and gave it a nice rustic look. I’ve been making a lot of swivel charms lately and I had some super cute antique looking western related charms and really wanted to try adding them to a card. I think it turned out awesome! The card layout came from My Favorite Things Wednesday Challenge Week 79. Happy Birthday Kayla!
I’m super excited to share with you today a 3D project I made from SVG Cuts’ Bundle of Joy set! This super cute baby buggy was so easy to make. The hardest part for me was figuring out which designer papers to use. I wound up having to buy a baby boy stack as I don’t have any baby boy papers (can you believe that). But, who really needs an excuse to buy new paper pads….lol. I needed a gift card holder for a friend’s new baby boy and this buggy is perfect for holding a gift card. Today I would like to share with you a card I made for CardzTV Challenge #111. In this challenge we had to make a summer themed card using our Cricut. I really wanted to do a card with dimensional flip flops on it but I don’t own the Life is a Beach cartridge. So I searched the internet and found a free SVG from Shery K Design. I love this cut and I was able to transform the flip flops into a cut with some dimension to it. To meet the requirement of using my Cricut to create the card, I used the Flower Shoppe cartridge for the flowers and the Elegant Edges for the scalloped square. I kept the colors bright and cheery. The card wouldn’t have been complete if I didn’t include a button on the card for Mary! I’ve included a video of how to make this card, including the flip flops with flowers.
