Welcome to day four of my guest designer week. Wow, this week has truly gone by soooo quick. I’m enjoying all the lovely comments that have been left for me. You all are such kind crafting friends. I’m so glad I have the opportunity to create projects for you with such great stamps. So, on to today’s project. Today I’ve created two adorable door hangers for you. I always decorate the bedroom doors in my house with something for each and every holiday. This year I’ve decided to decorate with snowmen and snowflakes. I used PK-521 Winter Faces . The cuts are from Gypsy Wanderings and Christmas. The designer paper is DCWV and I colored with my Copics.
Don’t forget to leave a comment here on this post as well as all my posts for this week for your chance to win the wonderful PK stamps below. Then head on over to Peachy Keen and leave me a comment there too. I’ll be announcing the winner on Saturday. Have a great day!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Valentines Day. My husband spoiled me with flowers, jewelry, chocolate, and dinner. He’s such a loving husband! I wanted to share with you the card I made him. The bears are cut files from Treasure Box Designs and the heart is a basic shape from Make the Cut. The cardstock is from DCWV.
Wow, I actually got in two cards today =) This one was created specially for MoMo’s Tuesday Challenge. She challenged us to make a card with a princess theme. I decided to make a princess of the flowers and named her Princess Flora. The princess is from the Simply Charmed cartridge — what a super cute cartridge. This is the first cut I made from it but I can see myself using this one often! Using my Gypsy, I created a shaped card using the weld feature. I use a sheer fabric on the dress and my absolute favorite stamps – Peachy Keen — for the face. Hope you enjoy!
Recipe:

Hi everyone! I love the color pink and had been wanting to create a pink Christmas card. My Pink Stamper gave me just the right opportunity to do so. Robyn’s challenge was to create a card with 2 shades of pink, 2 shades of blue, and black and this is what I came up with. I added a jingle bell to the hat.

Peachy Keen Challenge #41 was to create a card of encouragement. So, I thought I’d made a good luck card for a figure skater and this cute cut from the Jolly Holidays was perfect. Besides, I was itching to try out this new cartridge. I think she turned out absolutely adorable !!! The PK face really makes the girl. I thought the face stamp was going to be too big but it was just perfect. The PK stamp is from the Snow Cuties set. I also inked her face and legs with Stampin Up and Tim Holtz’s inks. For the white parts of her outfit, I glued down Martha Stewart ice cycle glitter with Glossy Accents. For the sentiment, I used my computer and Word and printed it on gray glitter paper from Recollections. I then cut out the sentiment in a square shape and used tacky tape to adhere red velvet ribbon around the corners and topped it with a knot bow. Her hair and jacket were blinged with my iRock. Finally, I used the left over snowflakes from the EK Success snowflake border and glued them on with Dotz. The background designer paper is from DCWV.
–Update: My PK Snow Woman made Top 5 on PK’s Face it Friday Challenge. Yay!!
I created this super cute snow woman for the Peachy Keen mini challenge. The challenge was to create a project using polka dots and white as your main color. I was dying for a chance to use my new Peachy Keen face stamp set. PK has to be my all time favorite stamps. They stamp to just about anything — including the white glitter paper I used for this challenge, stamp so clear, and are so darn adorable !!
I was also anxious to use my new Winter Frolic cartridge that came in the mail today. I ordered it from CricutMachine.com last week when they were having their Black Friday sale. Awesome, awesome prices! I created a shaped snowman card by welding the snowman blackout with my Gypsy. This was the first time I’ve done this and I’m happy to say it was sooo easy to do. I don’t know how I ever crafted without my Gypsy.
I used a DCWV premium paper stack white glitter cardstock for the snowman. And, I used DCWV blue and white polka dot for my card base. I also decided to polka dot her scarf, using gems and my iRock. Hope you enjoy my PK Snow Woman!
Erin has an awesome challange to do a sassy card. Here is what I came up with. This is the first project I did on my new Gypsy. I’m getting the hange of it =) This is also my first tent card. Since Erin was having so much fun doing tent cards, I decided to give it a try.
I used the Rock Princess cart along with my iRock, Stickles, and Nesting Flowers die. I also used a bunch of my scraps to make the sassy girl. I tried to force myself on this project to used as many of my scraps as possible. I inked the edges of just about all pieces. There are a lot of little pieces to this girl. I used my computer for the sentiment and then cut it out with a nesting flower die on my Cuttlebug.
