I love, love, love to put door hangers on all the bedroom doors in my house. I was kinda tired of the ones I had been hanging on them for Valentines Day in the past, so I decided to make one. I made quilled roses out of a romance novel and then inked the edges of the roses with some Tim Holtz distressed ink. I added stickpins I made and then topped it off with a charm and a sentiment from Pink by Design. I absolutely love how it turned out. Now I need to make one for all the remaining doors. =)
I’m so excited that Sarah Hamer (Pink Cricut) selected my project to be the featured Pink Linky for this week. Click on the logo to check out her blog!
Hi everyone. It was so much fun participating in the Pink by Design Ustream tonight. I sooo missed participating in them. We did such a cute project this evening and I wanted to share it with all of you. It was super easy to create — even though my ATG ran out early into the project — yikes. I scrambled and found a small mono adhesive which saved the day. I didn’t have enough time to change out the ATG tape to a new roll.
Don’t forget to check out the new Pink by Design stamps! Sara did an awesome job once again!
Hi everyone! I’m so super excited to share this post with you for it is my Guest Designer spot for the Pink Cricut! Thank you Sarah for selecting me as one of your guest designers!!! I just love your Pink by Design stamps!!
Before I get to my project, let me tell you a little about myself. I’m a working mom of 3 beautiful daughters and have a loving and DH. I couldn’t be more proud of them! I live in Pennsylvania and am soooo ready for winter to be over already
In my spare time, I like to digital scrapbook and paper craft. I have a computer background so I first started out creating digital scrapbooks of my children with Adobe Photoshop Elements. Then last summer I was introduced to the Cricut and so my paper crafting love began. I immediately bought my first Cricut, started my blog, and started recording craft videos. What I like to paper craft the most is cards.
And now for my project, I just love the Pink by Design stamps! The sentiments are awesome. I used the Be Mine set. Don’t you just love these sayings! You can purchase them on the Pink by Design Store.

Hi everyone! Hope you all are staying nice an warm. We got hit by a big snow storm today which cancelled school for my girls. So, we decided to make a card this evening. My daughter just loves cupcakes so that was the basis of our card. I like this one so much that I’m entering it into two contests (1) Peachy Keen Lets Face it Fridays where we have to make a thank you card with a PK face stamp and (2) Pink by Design Team challenge where we had to make a card with a stamp sentiment for a chance to be part of Sara’s design team. How exciting!!
