Wow, it’s Christmas Eve already! I hope all of you are ready for the big day tomorrow. I just tucked my girls into bed and I still have presents to wrap. I did manage to squeeze in another Christmas card today. My Scrap Chick recently had this freebie Elf on a Shelf cut available. I thought it was sooo cute and I knew of the perfect Peachy Keen face to go with it. I also wanted to give quilling a try so I created the flower on the card using Cricut’s quilliing die in my Cuttlebug. I also used Spellbinders Die Nestabilities Squares Lacey. I’m entering this card into Peachy Keen’s Sketch with a Twist Challenge. The challenge was very simple. We could create anything we want but we had to use a Peachy Keen stamp.
Merry Christmas !
Happy Memorial Day everyone! Hope you all are having a fun and safe Memorial Day weekend. I’ve been having a lot of fun with my daughters and the horses this weekend.
For Part 3 of my Imagine More series I did another super quick but super cute birthday card. I just love breaking the images apart and coming up with something new. Enjoy!
I’m so excited — my Imagine arrived today! Yippee! I had to work today so I had to wait till I got home at 6:30 pm to play. I did a quick card for you all. All cuts and prints except for the card base were made on my Imagine using the Blossom Imagine cartridge and the Sweet Treats cartridge. I designed this card for the My Pink Stamper Challenge which was to make something Super Yummy on your Imagine, and ice cream is definitely yummy! I’m so excited that I can join in on all the Imagine challenges now.
The Imagine was super easy to use. I just wish the Gypsy would sync with the Imagine carts. I hear that the Gypsy software is in Beta that will do this. I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I’m also excited for the release of Cricut CraftRoom by PC which will be a free internet app to design for both the Imagine and the Cricut on your computer, which was announced at CHA this week. It looks like an awesome program!
Enjoy!

Hi everyone! Hope you all are staying nice an warm. We got hit by a big snow storm today which cancelled school for my girls. So, we decided to make a card this evening. My daughter just loves cupcakes so that was the basis of our card. I like this one so much that I’m entering it into two contests (1) Peachy Keen Lets Face it Fridays where we have to make a thank you card with a PK face stamp and (2) Pink by Design Team challenge where we had to make a card with a stamp sentiment for a chance to be part of Sara’s design team. How exciting!!

After making Thanksgiving dinner for my family, my sister and I went Black Friday shopping. I went to Walmart at midnight and then did some online shopping then we left the house around 4 am to go to Target, JoAnns, BigLots, Michaels, the Mall, ToysRus, Barnes & Noble and others. I went 30 hrs with no sleep then came home and crashed for several hours. I made a video of all the craft items I picked up on sale. Enjoy!
I created this cute polka dotted pink purse for my niece’s birthday. It’s the perfect size to hold a gift card. I used designer paper that had the polka dots on it and then used my Stickles to fill in random circles with a white glitter. I’m entering this project into Emma’s Polka Dot Imagine Nation challenge on My Creative Time. I do not have an Imagine <yet> so I created it using my regular Cricut and a Making the Cut file. Hope you enjoy.
Erin has an awesome challange to do a sassy card. Here is what I came up with. This is the first project I did on my new Gypsy. I’m getting the hange of it =) This is also my first tent card. Since Erin was having so much fun doing tent cards, I decided to give it a try.
I used the Rock Princess cart along with my iRock, Stickles, and Nesting Flowers die. I also used a bunch of my scraps to make the sassy girl. I tried to force myself on this project to used as many of my scraps as possible. I inked the edges of just about all pieces. There are a lot of little pieces to this girl. I used my computer for the sentiment and then cut it out with a nesting flower die on my Cuttlebug.
