Author Kayla loves horses, so I searched the internet for a super cute digi stamp and I found this one from la-la land crafts. I absolutely fell in love with it. I printed it out on my computer and colored it with my Copics. The mats were cut with my Nestabilities and gave it a nice rustic look. I’ve been making a lot of swivel charms lately and I had some super cute antique looking western related charms and really wanted to try adding them to a card. I think it turned out awesome! The card layout came from My Favorite Things Wednesday Challenge Week 79. Happy Birthday Kayla!
I’m super excited to share with you today a 3D project I made from SVG Cuts’ Bundle of Joy set! This super cute baby buggy was so easy to make. The hardest part for me was figuring out which designer papers to use. I wound up having to buy a baby boy stack as I don’t have any baby boy papers (can you believe that). But, who really needs an excuse to buy new paper pads….lol. I needed a gift card holder for a friend’s new baby boy and this buggy is perfect for holding a gift card. Today I would like to share with you a card I made for CardzTV Challenge #111. In this challenge we had to make a summer themed card using our Cricut. I really wanted to do a card with dimensional flip flops on it but I don’t own the Life is a Beach cartridge. So I searched the internet and found a free SVG from Shery K Design. I love this cut and I was able to transform the flip flops into a cut with some dimension to it. To meet the requirement of using my Cricut to create the card, I used the Flower Shoppe cartridge for the flowers and the Elegant Edges for the scalloped square. I kept the colors bright and cheery. The card wouldn’t have been complete if I didn’t include a button on the card for Mary! I’ve included a video of how to make this card, including the flip flops with flowers.

Hi everyone, I’m super excited to share with you my very first card made from MFT stamps. Isn’t this girl super cute! This stamp set made it super easy to create a sympathy card — which are usually very hard for me to do. I just love how it turned out. I colored her using my Copics and I got to use my new Webster’s Pages as well as my I am Roses. Here is a video of my card. I’m entering this in MFT’s Wednesday Stamp Challenge #78. Have a totally twisted day!

Yippie, my Webster’s Pages warehouse sale came in the mail. I was shocked how quickly it arrived this time! I love all the items in it and I cannot wait to use them all. I cannot believe another school year is over. Time is really flying by soooo fast. Thought I would share with you a card I made for a recent graduate in our family. I decided to do a card old-school style and didn’t use a Cricut. Rather, I used my Cuttlebug and Nestabilities and fussy cut the graduation cap from the paper stack. The paper is DCWV.

Hi everyone. It’s been a little while since I’ve done a scrapbook layout page so I thought I would do one. M’s had a really neat scrapbook page stand and it inspired me to create this page of my beautiful daughter. I purchased the stand at M’s for 50% off. This layout was made using some of my Wesbsters Pages. Hope you enjoy my video.

Happy father’s day! I want to wish my dad a special happy father’s day and also want to wish my hubby a special happy father’s day. Here is one of the father’s day cards I made. I usually have a tough time making masculine cards but for some strange reason, this one came to me pretty easily. I made the ribbon by cutting 2 one inch strips 12″ long and then scored every 1/2 inch. The letters are Tim Holtz grunge letters that I colored red with my Copics and then heat embossed with red powder and then again in clear powder, which gave it a pretty cool grungy look.

Thought I’d make a card today using some of my most favorite crafting supplies: (1) My Scrap Chick svgs, (2) Peachy Keen Stamps, and (3) I am Roses. This super cute skunk is from My Scrap Chick. I love their cuts! I stamped a super cute face on it using a Peachy Keen face assortment stamp. I recently picked up four new face assortment sets. So I was itching to use one of my new ones. For the banners, I used a Pepsi can. Yup, you heard me right. I cut open an empty, cleaned Pepsi can and use it as my sheet metal. I Cuttlebugged the Pepsi can metal using a herringbone folder. I think it turned out cool! I then topped the banner with some cherry blossoms from I Am Roses. For the sentiment, I just typed up the saying on my computer and printed it out. I am entering this in Peachy Keen’s Stamp Challenge 22 and in the Paper Playtime say it with a sentiment anything goes challenge.
